It’s easy to add the yummy superfood power of matcha to your morning! Just sprinkle a little in your pancakes batter for a delicious treat. Your body will thank you for the rest of the day.

Yields: 8 servings
2 tsp matchapowder
1 cup Soy or almond milk
1 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Coconut oil or Olive oil,
Banana or strawberry for topping
1. Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until the batter is smooth
2. Add a little oil to a frying pan (or griddle) and set the temperature to medium high
3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan
4. Brown on both sides & serve hot
5. Top with fruit, optional
