RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING (6 SERVINGS)
- Vanilla flavored almond milk
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp of honey
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 7 raspberries
- In a bowl, mix almond milk, honey, yogurt, vanilla and chia seeds;
- Cover with plastic and place it in the fridge over night or for at least 45 minutes
- Once the time has passed, place the mixture in small containers, add the raspberries, refrigerate for 20 additional minutes, and enjoy!
