Raspberry Chia Pudding

Here’s how to make it!

RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING (6 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Vanilla flavored almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • 7 raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl, mix almond milk, honey, yogurt, vanilla and chia seeds;
  • Cover with plastic and place it in the fridge over night or for at least 45 minutes
  • Once the time has passed, place the mixture in small containers, add the raspberries, refrigerate for 20 additional minutes, and enjoy!
