Salmon With Whole Wheat Mixed Seeds Crackers

Here’s how to make it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of smoked salmon
  • 1/3 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 2 whole wheat mixed seeds crackers
  • 2 fresh lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS

Mix the salmon, parsley, tomato, and yogurt and make little balls; on the cracker, add lettuce, salmon balls and decorate with the cherry tomato cut in half. Greek yogurt is a great replacement for mayonnaise, it is very versatile to use in all kinds of recipes, and it is delicious and very high in proteins.
