INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of smoked salmon
- 1/3 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 2 whole wheat mixed seeds crackers
- 2 fresh lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS
Mix the salmon, parsley, tomato, and yogurt and make little balls; on the cracker, add lettuce, salmon balls and decorate with the cherry tomato cut in half.
