Summer Time Smoothies

Enjoy these 3 delicious smoothie recipes! They are easy to make and great for on the go meals or a post workout snack!

INGREDIENTS

Almond Butter Delight

  1 frozen banana
  1 cup almond milk
  2 Tbsp almond butter
  1 Tbsp honey

Piña Coolda Smoothie

  1 cup frozen pineapple
  1 frozen banana
  1 cup coconut milk
  1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

Green Smoothie

  1 cup spinach
  1 cup frozen/fresh mango
  3/4 cup coconut milk
  1 Tbsp honey
  1/2 orange juice

DIRECTIONS

For each smoothie place all ingredients in the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
