Easter is right around the corner, but that doesn’t mean that you have to fill up on candies & sweets! This Easter, indulge in a delicious vegan dessert while getting all the superfood power of matcha powder!
Preparation: 10 Mins | Cooking: 30 Mins
Yields: 1 dozen
2 tsp matcha powder
75 ml Soy milk
1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Oil (olive, coconut,… whatever you like best)
Bunny-shaped baking mold
1. Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until the batter is smooth
2. Pour your bunny cake batter in to a non-stick mold (or use non-stick spray)
3. Bake for 30 minutes & Serve!
